What We Are

Junior Aid of Stockton, Inc. is an organization of women who are dedicated to making a difference in the communities in which they live. It is designated as a 501c(3) non-profit organization as described under the US Internal Revenue Service’s rules.

Junior Aid of Stockton, Inc. was originally founded in 1927 as Junior Auxiliary. In 1928 Junior Auxiliary changed its name to Junior Aid of Stockton.

In 2005 Junior Aid began the affiliation process with the Association of Junior Leagues International  (AJLI) which includes over 294 Junior Leagues, located throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Great Britain. The Association has a collective membership of more than 170,000 women.

Our Mission

Junior Aid of Stockton is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.  Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

Our Vision

Junior Aid of Stockton is recognized in our community for implementing projects and partnerships that impact women, children and families in need and to creating an environment that fosters personal growth, leadership, and friendship.  

Reaching Out

Junior Aid of Stockton reaches out to women of all races, religious and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to volunteer service.
